the room included a large bed. the location allowed easy walking to the central square (it took only a few minutes).

the elevator had an unpleasant smell.

unclear instructions card problem

The room was clean and spacious. Cleaning happened every day. Towel change was daily.

The instructions to get to the place were not clear. I got a code to open the door at night. It never worked and other guests had to open it for me. Apparently, this is a common problem. the door needs the room card to be scanned to close. I've never seen that before.

central location excellent staff

the location was excellent, close to transport links. the staff offered assistance, especially with restaurant recommendations. the room was large with powerful air con. it was centrally located.

the elevator had a slight odor, it needs some airing.

small room dangerous step

the staff was friendly which was acceptable.

I was quite disappointed. The room was very small. there was a dangerous, poorly marked step inside. getting to the room seemed like navigating a confusing labyrinth of doors and corridors.

central stay reflection

great location many restaurants luxurious look clear instructions

the location was key for me. it made visits to main attractions easy. there were many restaurants near the building. the lobby have a luxurious look and i found this interesting. they give you very clear instructions on how to reach the place for check in.

the entrance to this place is pretty hidden from the main street, and the instructions was not totally clear when i got there late at night.

staff accommodated a late checkout without problems. there was a shared kitchenette provided, with microwave and kettle. i did not expect this, but it was useful .

the room includes air conditioner, it was useful because it was a warm day. the room was also comfy and very clean. i noticed that the room gets cleaned daily, and that's a plus.
